Since the recent advertising opportunities for aspiring youtubers to make a bit of cash on their videos launched, it has in-advertandly created, what i like to call… the “PWanker”, a brand new breed of internet douchbaggery, that is on the rise and must be stopped..
The prank video used to be fun, but finding genuine reactions to pranks these days is obviously proving tricky, and not mentioning any names attal (apart from JACK JONES, thats JACK JONES in case you didn’t see it) the Pwanker’s are now simply resorting to ludicrously badly acted set-ups which are as believable as Donald Trumps hairdo being made out of actual hair..
What surprises me even more than these crimes against comedy, is that whilst I immediately get a red signal from my bullshit detector, there still seems to be many people on Facebook that still fall for this nonsense, this is worrying.
Take this video for example, as soon as i pressed play, my Macbook suddenly started excreting a rather pungent freshly fermented Bison shit, which has yet to subside.
Another really annoying trend – perhaps even more-so is when a Pwanker goes up to a homeless people for example with their camera on, dishing out ham sandwiches and ending the video with some deep quotes about how we should love and respect each other.
Now i don’t have a problem with feeding the homeless, in-fact i encourage it, but please – put your camera away and stop exploiting the less fortunate so you can get some views on Facebook. Its called waking yourself off on Facebook and its actually very cringeworthy.
Why can a good deed not just be done, why does it have to be filmed or boasted about on Facebook so you can get coax out a semi from all the likes. Its embarrassing.. Please stop..
