*Be warned, this article contains graphic sarcasm..
Saudi Arabia the birthplace of the “Religion of Peace” Islam, is showing the world and the UK (who voted for them to join the UN Human Rights Council) just how much they care for peoples “human rights” by stoning a Sri Lankan housemaid for the despicable crime of, Adultery…
Of course, this brutal punishment has absolutely nothing to do with the religion itself, and they have foolishly mis-interpreted these “peaceful” verses from the Hadiths;
Bukhari (6:60:79) – Two people guilty of “illegal” intercourse are brought to Muhammad, who orders them both stoned to death. Apparently their act was out of love, since the verse records the man as trying to shield the woman from the stones.
Bukhari (83:37) – Adultery is one of three justifications for killing a person, according to Muhammad.
Muslim (17:4192) – This hadith clarifies the different penalties for adultery (when the subjects are married), and fornication (when they are not): “in case of married (persons) there is (a punishment) of one hundred lashes and then stoning (to death). And in case of unmarried persons, (the punishment) is one hundred lashes and exile for one year” (See also 17:4191)
Muslim (17:4196) – A married man confesses that he has adultery. Muhammad orders him planted in the ground and pelted with stones. According to the passage, the first several stones caused such pain that he tried to escape and was dragged back.
Muslim (17:4206) – A woman who became pregnant confesses to Muhammad that she is guilty of adultery. Muhammad allows her to have the child, then has her stoned. The description is graphic: “Khalid b Walid came forward with a stone which he flung at her head and there spurted blood on the face of Khalid and so he abused her.”
Muslim (17:4209) – A woman confesses adultery and is stoned to death on Muhammad’s order.
Ibn Ishaq (970) – “The adulterer must be stoned.” These words were a part of Muhammad’s farewell address to his people on the occasion of his final pilgrimage to Mecca.
Islamic Law – “The stone shall not be so big so as to kill the person by one or two strikes, neither shall it be so small that it cannot be called a stone” The victim is intended to suffer.
According to this completely made-up, non-islamic, anti shari’ah, disgraceful mis-interpretation of the Holy Book, this poor women is to be led to an outdoor pit in Saudi Arabia. Her arms and hands will be tightly bound, her body buried up to her breasts. Saudi men will then surround her and begin to hurl rocks at her head to kill her slowly as the world stay silent.
To further prove that Saudi Arabia is a champion for equal rights especially womens, the man who was the other partner of this disgusting crime only receives 100 lashes. He was lucky that the Saudi’s are so “peacefull” with him, otherwise it could have been much worse.
The leading executioner who is also completely mis-reading the peaceful context in which the Hadith’s scripture reads, added;
“It doesn’t matter to me: two, four, ten—as long as I’m doing God’s will, it doesn’t matter how many people I execute,” Muhammad Saad al-Beshi, Saudi Arabia’s leading public executioner, said about beheadings in a 2003 interview with Arab News.
The Saudi government were so happy with Beshi’s work, that they even gave him a brand new sword to play with, how very kind and peaceful of them.
Saudi’s have nothing to do with Islam. That’s right, the birth place of Islam has nothing to do with Islam. This beheading is simply because of Western political interference in Saudi? Wait, there isn’t any… erm… Well i’m right and you’re a racist for saying otherwise.
How is this allowed to continue to happen? Why is the world just ignoring this yet go mental online whenever ISIS dish out a similar punishment? The UK Government has shown no interest, the Obama administration have said nothing? And the United Nations where, in a grim irony, Saudi Arabia currently chairs a panel of the the UN Human Rights Council, not a peep has been spoken!
So far the world’s response has been shameful. And as a morality tale, we should recognise that our indifference to this woman says as much about ourselves as it does the brutality of Saudi Arabia’s legal system, but most importantly this has nothing to do with Islam…
